    1. Lavanya and John to develop a cadence for the working groups to start presenting during the EC meeting

    2. Ron is requested to present an update on how the collective program schedule is going? Will the planned milestones be indicated on the schedule?

    3. Ron to ensure he has the information he needs from all the awardees so the re-authentication issue can be resolved

  • The EAB team is ready for any PR the communications team would like to send.

  • Community Building and Engagement team looking forward to work with Evaluation to provide input for the instrument

    • Would like to arrange a joint Community/Evaluation meeting

    • Would like to explore what we can store/record in the measurement database - already have a solid baseline of information in this database.

  • CB&E also looking at mechanisms already in place to record information about our communities, and to check to see if these are sufficient, or need augmentation

  • Recruiting new members of our communities - starting to brainstorm on mechanisms

    • professional organizations (eg CARCC, CASC, ….)

    • NSF awardees providing CI

    • Talks and informational activities to other groups without formal affiliation

    • Starting to list these organizations/activities and our interest in each one

  • Coordinating engagement activities - looking to use a shared google calendar to record opportunities, deadlines, etc across the group: shared calendar created, will start populating this next week.
