Weekly Email	Dina Meek	We didn’t get any input from the PIs last week Thoughts on why? Process? No news? Track 3 is emailing directly to RPs; not appropriate content for broader community Track 2 is emailing directly to VIP group; Track 1 RPs, ender users, review panel - prime targets; no real news yet for broad audiences; currently using the RP slack space, legacy XSEDE slack space for panel reviewers; presenting to specific groups like SURA Track 4 ? Some just want to stem the tide of input until they have their systems in place We will use this weekly/biweekly email - under an ACCESS heading - to cover items in September before our monthly/quarterly newsletters start
Website News	Dina Meek	Need recommendations on how we might get news items from the service areas to post on the website If your track/service area has a newsletter, how do we subscribe? Track 2 - running FAQ…pointing people to that; not sure they’ll have news feed https://amp.ci/ Track 3 - doesn’t think there will be much to share on the main site Track 1 - will want it; maybe not day 1; may have RP news about availability, etc., special offers, etc.;
Day 1 promotion of websites going live	Dina	Deems - good idea, just don’t necessarily promote starting allocation process Dina to put together doc for folks to edit before it goes out Allocations - come check out what’s changed in allocating the national cyberinfrastructure

Andrew Helregel to see if ACCESSci is available

Per John Towns, we’re not to use NSF in our social handles as they are going through some brand work and have put a moratorium on such usage.
