• Brainstorm - How to have a presence w/o a booth?

• Determine if there should be booth events - such as "ACCESS the Experts" which does seem to be successful. Perhaps we can add other experts?

  • Possibly invite - via our external newsletter OR stand alone email to that list - other personas to be experts: computational researcher (even better if any from non-R1s respond), educator, grad student, RP

    • Possibly encourage with CCEP award?

• Work through RPs

  • T shirts

    • Maybe coordinate and make one day “ACCESS Day” across booths

  • PY3 booklets

  • Onramp stickers

• Mobile “booth reps” handing out ACCESS materials / hawk ACCESS presentations going on

• We could run a "Spring Cleaning" reminder for end users and PIs. For example, we could remind them to clean up their data stored on ACCESS systems; remind them to backup data to other locations; delete files that are no longer being used; audit their list of active users (remove folks that may have graduated/left)...

• Last couple ACCESS Advance had a dip in open rate so will do some sleuthing

• Need more details for accuracy
