Need for researchers and ACCESS staff to know when resources are not available.
All ACCESS tracks have agreed to adopt the best practices.
Rajesh - Publishing by API lacks instructions
JP - we do not have the publish API yet but it can be enabled as soon as we have the first customer. Can work with Purdue to enable that/Pilot.
Jeremy - Jetstream2 would be interested in this as well

Allocations
Back in September the ACCESS began to invite RP representatives to the ACCESS Quarterly meetings. The winter (Q4) ACCESS quarterly has been cancelled sans for an extended Executive Council session as well as updates on developments that are currently in-flight.
Next Tuesday, December 10 @ 11am ET, there will be a 2-hour Zoom meeting for the next instance of the “What’s Everyone Developing?” series where ACCESS teams present updates on software and web development efforts, as well as seek input on how to make the tools and information more beneficial.

Some bogus grant submissions have been identified by the Allocations team and given to the security team. We have removed accounts for those who do not appear to be coming from a real person.
