RP Forum Meeting - 2023-08-17

Update from the user support team (Jim Griffioen, Anthony Elam and students) on their recommender system. They walked us through the system and got feedback from the RPs

The forum agreed to have an RP forum slack channel (which was created within the RP-ACCESS Comunnications channel). The channel will serve as the main point of contact to bring topics of interest from individual RPs to the forum
