Integration News Publishing – Ops update - JP Navarro

New Operations portal feature to communicate to significant changes and update for integration for ACCESS process or components(Home Page | Operations ‘Systems Status News’. 

• Working on creating an infinity group for communications

Brief allocations update (Standing agenda item) - Rob or Nathan from Allocations

• Nathan Tolbert:  Looking for feedback for Allocations Variable Marketplace:  Developing Feature for dynamic exchange rates. Currently focused on facilitating discounts for limited time frame(for example new system uptake), and targeted universities(Non-R1) discounted rates.

  • Discounts to only be available for smaller opportunities

  • Discussion on concerns over potential increase in reviewer workload.
