Want to confirm where we landed on this to add to Decision Tracker

• Nathan suggested we have legal minds decide

• possible use non licensed work, also content that we share from our community

  • ex: ACO attributes licensed work from Rawpixel

In a recent access-wide Slack channel it was shared that contact form submissions weren’t coming through.

• NCSA is checking to see if its a server issue.

  • Current form is now working

  • Dina is working with UofI IT services (for posterity)

  • Have identified where aliases were set up; now need to reach out to Dastan (Google Workspace co.) to get more info on emails

• Q to give Dinuka info needed to route info@ and communications@ into ticketing system

• @ombuds@access-ci.org stays the samee

Other option: Should we use an SMTP server solution?

Code of Conduct - Dina working on reviewing some discrepancies.

Privacy Policy - still in flux with UofI cybersecurity team

Want to revisit (with full group) idea that logging in should take you directly to the CILogon page

• Want to be sure Support is ok with this

• Andrew likes the way Allocations looks - can we make our CILogon landing page look more like that

SSO - there’s been a caching issue on Support’s home page

They are thinking they might change their subdomain URL to add “/nc” at the end and it would redirect them but bypass the caching
