    3. Cindy and Shawn to work on honing the competency matrix to decide the categories that are most important to ACCESS

    4. An email will be sent out to the applicants to thank them and inform the decisions will be made by December 12th

    5. Process

      • All nominations and links will be sent to all members of the EC

      • Each EC voting member comes up with a list of 9 selections

      • These short lists will then be reviewed by the ACO to ensure applicants meet all the expectations

      • Members will be notified by December 12th
