  • Update from JP Navarro on the new IPF. The webinterface showing users the software n the resources will be rolled out end of January 2024

  • Update from Tom Maiden on a way to allow small vendors to share material with RPs

  • Update from Jim Griffioen on the resource provider. Asking RPs to check the information they have and edit if needed

  • Debriefing of the Bof session. Presented slides were sent to ACCESS communications team, who will write an article about the session

  • The forum decided to do something similar at PEARC24

  • Voting for bylaws has ended. Results: 10 sites approving the bylaws, 0 sites declining the bylaws
