      1. at the International HPC Summer School this week in Portugal.  I was hoping to still join the meeting today, but will be
        meeting with my mentees at this time.

      2. No update from John about the supplement from campus

      4. Sharon will be attending PEARC25 + one other NSF person

      1. Working on Quarterly Report

        1. Sharon hopes to receive it by July 16 so she can review it before PEARC

      2. Assisting as needed with implementing RACI structures for WG/SCs

      3. Learning more about financial background

      1. Sending out a meeting poll for next quarterly EAB meeting
