• Adding standing agenda items for Support and Operations, similar to Allocations

• ACCESS CO is seeking content for both the internal and external ACCESS newsletters;

  • Inside ACCESS (internal) will be distributed Thursday, August 29

  • The ACCESS Advance (external) will distribute Thursday, September 5.

  There are multiple paths to this presently. The RPs need to have a conversation with the Operations and Support teams of ACCESS to talk about present tools, future paths, RP input into those, and commitment to helping maintain the information.

  • Cadence for reviewing RP information: Success requires RP participation

  • Format (part of existing RP meetings?)

  • Badging for up-to-date?

    • Operations Presented by JP: Access software services slide. (get slide form JP to post) building software support services for discovery, sharing and utilization software. Make stack scalable

      • Dan Stanzione: Concerns about process of curation of software presented in Catalog(https://access-sds.ccs.uky.edu:8080/) or reservation tool will evolve over time, and how RPs need to support the effort

      • IPF: software available to publish software, Ops offers to install and run for RPs to publish for them. (fields can be used in ipf to help manage in modules to help manage returned information)
