NSF
They are in a CR until Mar 14th - may not be able to travel or participate virtually
The U.S. Congress passed a second Continuing Resolution (CR) to extend federal spending and avert a government shutdown through March 14, 2025.
Big 10 does have remote participation option - good support for remote attendees
Recommends starting to work on the Agenda for the Quarterly Meeting now
Lavanya will be sending meeting invites soon
Planning for annual reviews (which could be impacted by the CR) - if there is a shutdown there will be no reviews
authorization to spend is based on 4th quarter report - so we are ok on that part
annual report should be submitted in April so they can get that approved before the end of the CR
Next Meeting:
Jan 13, 2025
Jan 20, 2025 - cancelled due to MLK day
