    • 300 licenses for Jira/Confluence secured by ACO.

    • All tracks plan to use Jira for their individual operations. There likely will be instances in which all tracks use Jira for the same purpose (e.g. change control, risk management).

    • Jira can be used for as a ticketing system

    • Can you also look into some of the tools/services like Unito that would allow for syncing between other tools and Jira? Yes, Ron is looking into options to sync/xfer Jira info with other tools

    • Confluence will be used for internal collaboration.

  • Tool for internal mail lists (needs?)

    • Google mail list to be used for internal communications
