  • A process should be in place for how and when to handoff users who need more help with allocations

  • Allocations that request a review can be matched up with Track 2 for optional review (based on FoS, affinity group, etc). Must be a lightweight process

    • Consider leveraging the tag taxonomy planned in Track 2

  • XRAS can notify Track 2 when allocations are awarded

    • Ideally we’d have a panel to help out (perhaps Track 2 can assist in recruitment)

  • Discussion of how ACCESS credits marketplace will work

  • How will ticket support work – which are public and can be addressed via public affinity groups vs internal tickets. Or both mixed into one ticket.

  • Training: Track 1 will record training for how to request a large allocation, and how to use the marketplace. It would be nice to have this and knowledge base articles hosted by Track 2.

  • RPs would like to be aware of training
