Follow Up Items

  • RP Survey Discussion

    • Come up with some kind of reward system to encourage people to participate in surveys to increase participation

      • GPU raffle?

      • Offer Cycles for the Community Survey?

    • Did this presentation get presented to the RP Forum and was a discussion held?

    • Are there other ways to evaluate the RPs?

    • Before the next survey goes out - make sure to notify the RP forum so they can prepare and encourage people to participate

    • Structure the survey differently - with PIs and Integration Coordinators getting different questions

  • Staff Survey Discussion

    • Check to see if the open rate is impacted by surveys getting caught in spam filters - look at Qualtrics to see if they have this information

    • Alternate cadence for survey - E.g., tie to a specific action taken by a user, like “You received a MATCH award, you’ll be getting a survey soon on this

    • Set up an Ombudsperson with good training who is independent of ACCESS and an Ombudsperson connected to ACCESS - and people can pick who they would feel most comfortable talking to if they have issues

    • Could we have a suggestion box? Chris Martin: the Allocations track has what is basically this, it's a Google Form that results in a JIRA ticket to a separate feedback board.

    • DaveH: Other methods of getting input, e.g., focus group?

  • Community Survey Discussion

    • bring this participation issue as a topic to RAC

    • incorporate findings into the Communication annual plan
