Do we want to do a kind of contest to get them? i.e. a card listing RPs exhibiting and they have to visit at least 3 of those booths? Other ideas?

As far as support questions are concerned, all of these should be tickets and not inquiries (maybe a handful of them are truly something we would answer outside of the ticketing system and most wouldn't even be answered by us). This is exactly what we didn't want happening which is why we removed email "support".
