          1. Support responded, so far:

            • We have gotten some feedback from the RPs and have met with them to discuss pain points around collaboration of supporting users. What other recommendations does this board have to continue to grow this relationship?

            • Support has been finding it difficult to a solid collaborative relationship with the Campus Champions. We can share some of the things we’ve tried and some of the things we are thinking of trying, but would love input from the EAB.

        1. I heard 1 comment from an ACCESS user who asked a question during a session - he would like documentation/”textbook” on how to usher people into the ACCESS community. Tell people how to learn new things. He does not like the click-click-click across pages to find something - would like online tutorials on using ACCESS.

        2. Sarah Rodenbeck at Purdue talked about ACCESS during her presentation

        3. Saw presentation on a really cool training resource it might be nice to contribute to: hpc-ed.github.io

        4. I have also worked on reviewing the notes from the September Quarterly Meeting - created a summary with decisions and to do items - could you please review and update? Let me know if this is accurate - otter.ai was suggested by Sandra G during a session so I checked out using ai to skim notes for to do items.
