Running Jobs

All RPs support ssh access where users can use command-line interfaces to launch jobs. The most common way to launch jobs is using a workload scheduler like slurm and commands like sbatch.

However, users are increasingly being drawn to easy-to-use user interfaces like Open-On-Demand for launching jobs. In order to support increasingly complex workflows, users are turning to workflow systems such as Pegusus to simplify management of workflow processing and data movement.
