How to Get Help Submitting an Allocations Request

Help with Allocation Requests

To submit a request for an allocation on an ACCESS Resource Provider (RP), please open a support ticket, and complete that ticket as follows:

  1. Using the drop-down menu on the form, select the name of the RP you are using (or wish to use).

  2. Under Problem Synopsis enter: Allocation request help.

  3. Under Problem Description enter: A description of the project activity you plan to perform if/when you are granted the allocation (e.g., benchmark my code, run CFD software, etc.).

  4. Under Tags enter: allocation, request, help, and any special hardware, software, problem domain, or other keywords relevant to your project.

  5. Under CC enter the email addresses of any collaborators on your project who should be included in followup communications.

  6. You can likely skip the uploading of any files at this proposal-preparation stage, but if not, upload the relevant files.

  7. Click the Submit button.
