How to Get Help Submitting an Allocations Request

Help with Allocation Requests

To submit a request for an allocation on an ACCESS Resource Provider (RP), please open a support ticket, and complete that ticket as follows:

  1. Under Summary enter: Allocation request help.

  2. Under Description enter: A description of the project activity you plan to perform if/when you are granted the allocation (e.g., benchmark my code, run CFD software, etc.).

  3. You can likely skip the uploading of any files at this proposal-preparation stage, but if you have anything you can upload the relevant files.

  4. In answer to Does your problem involve an ACCESS Resource? Choose Yes and then Using the drop-down menu on the form, select the name of the RP you are using (or wish to use).

  5. Under Keywords enter: allocation, request, help, and any special hardware, software, problem domain, or other keywords relevant to your project.

  6. Click the Send button.
