How to Get Help Submitting an Allocations Request
Help with Allocation Requests
To submit a request for an allocation on an ACCESS Resource Provider (RP), please open a support ticket, and complete that ticket as follows:
Under Summary enter: Allocation request help.
Under Description enter: A description of the project activity you plan to perform if/when you are granted the allocation (e.g., benchmark my code, run CFD software, etc.).
You can likely skip the uploading of any files at this proposal-preparation stage, but if you have anything you can upload the relevant files.
In answer to Does your problem involve an ACCESS Resource? Choose Yes and then Using the drop-down menu on the form, select the name of the RP you are using (or wish to use).
Under Keywords enter: allocation, request, help, and any special hardware, software, problem domain, or other keywords relevant to your project.
Click the Send button.
