    1. RAMPS Stephen Deems

      1. August 16 will be the final date for all XSEDE-related allocations requests. All XSEDE allocations opportunities and actions will cease to be available after this date.

        1. RAMPS is working with XSEDE Portal groups to put up static text regarding this halt of action.

        2. This change will affect such services as: "Add User", "Allocations/Usage", "Add Publications" and other allocations-related functions.

        3. The plan is to communicate this through ACO’s “Weekly ACCESS Email Campaign”

      2. Agbeli Ameko (RAMPS DEI Facilitator) will be attending and presenting at the TAPIA conference (September 7-10 in D.C.). If you or any teammates are attending TAPIA and would like to contribute, please contact us.

      1.   The  ACCESS Support Portal is up and we will need reviews of content and as well as testing of various cross-track functions over the next few weeks as we prepare for launch. Can you please ask PIs and the ACO, to each designate one person as the “official” point of contact for their team to answer questions, review content, and test functionality for that track? If that person is going to be OOO at any point in time this month, we would appreciate if they clearly designate a back up.
