A process should be in place for how and when to handoff users who need more help with allocations
Allocations that request a review can be matched up with Track 2 for optional review (based on FoS, affinity group, etc). Must be a lightweight process
XRAS can notify Track 2 when allocations are awarded
Discussion of how ACCESS credits marketplace will work
How will ticket support work – which are public and can be addressed via public affinity groups vs internal tickets. Or both mixed into one ticket.
Training: Track 1 will record training for how to request a large allocation, and how to use the marketplace. It would be nice to have this and knowledge base articles hosted by Track 2.
