Allocations
Recommend keeping link as is. This currently goes to the Allocations home page.
Allocations pages are among the most visited by users
The SCX3 review confirmed that users who know what Allocations are go directly to this menu item
For users who don’t know what Allocations are they will learn about this term in the Get Started pages
Resources
User want to quickly know what resources are available to them through ACCESS
This will link to the Resources Catalog published by the Allocations team: https://allocations.access-ci.org/resources
NOTE: There is currently another resource catalog published on the Operations website: https://operations.access-ci.org/resources/access-allocated (should this be removed TBD?)
Training
Since ACCESS is primarily “self-serve” users need to quickly find training that will get them up to speed on using the ecosystem
Support
A “HELP” or “SUPPORT” link is a commonly understood term. Recommend keeping the Support link that goes to Support home: https://support.access-ci.org/ or consider linking to knowledge base overview https://support.access-ci.org/knowledge-base/overview
The Knowledge Base overview page is an easy to digest overview of all types of ACCESS support from documentation to
News
Elevate the ACCESS news stories to top navigation vs. hiding the news within the hamburger menu. The SGX3 review noted that many users did not know to open the hamburger menu
About
Elevate the About ACCESS link to top navigation vs. hiding the news within the hamburger menu. Links to the About have been included on the home page. With the new proposed home page design the about link will go away.
