   1. Post-annual review discussions: CPOs to meet with Towns on June 7. Working to schedule discussion of CPOs with full team.

   2. Working to open search to replace Ron. Hope to have interim person in the next week or so.

   3. Towns is engaged in leading a strategic planning process for PEARC. This has been underway for some time, but is leading toward a “v1.0” strategic plan by end of July 2023.
