            3. PEARC Conference:

               • Possible in person EAB (1-2 hours)

               • Thursday PM: Half-day ACCESS Program-Wide Meeting (in person with virtual option)

            4. First full week of September:

               • Monday, September 4: EAB virtual meeting [NOTE: Need this updated since it is a holiday; align All Staff meeting with that update.]

               • Tue-Wed (Sept 5-6): ACCESS Program-Wide Meeting (virtual); 10am-4pm CT each day

            5. SC Conference

               1. We can attempt to hold some gathering here, but difficult to pin it to a regular time.

            6. First full week of December:

      1. SC23 Function Space Requests Now Open - “SC23 is now accepting requests from exhibitors for function space. SC23 has reserved function space in a number of Denver hotels. Generally, SC contracts with these hotels include a no-charge for space rental clause.“
