Less critical policies may not be approved until after Sept. 1, but the XSEDE baseline docs will be referred to in the interim period.

    2. EC Charter approved by a unanimous vote and will be posted on the wiki.

    3. Ron to follow-up with the PIs to define the updated EC participants, and will send out an updated meeting notice.

  5. Monkeypox Research Tom Gulbransen (10 min)

    1. CISE/OAC is drafting a DCL to promote readiness of ACCESS to serve prospective monkeypox researchers.  Currently there are simply a few sentences highlighting the ability to make urgent allocation requests and user support services to match researchers with CIP. Preliminary site URLs are embedded. The DCL will likely be released soon, i.e. pre-1sep, which ironically aligns with the rare blackout interval for allocations. So be it – I’m told there have not yet been many inquiries from monkeypox researchers. We’ll see if a consortium becomes warranted. For now let’s ensure we talk through potential use cases and spawn a workgroup if needed.

    2. The current draft DCL references amp.ci as a reference. It is unclear if this will stay in the DCL. Tom to let all groups know as soon as more information is made available.

  6. XSEDE Website John Towns (10 min)

    1. XSEDE website is planned to be moved behind a VPN as of 1 September, due to license expiration.

    2. Ron to follow-up with Maytal to request an export of the website to reference offline/outside liferay.

    3. xsede.org will have a redirect to access-ci.org by NCSA.
