  1. Storage Futures Working Group Ronald Lee Liming (20 mins)

    1. WG charter (Google Doc), all WG files (Google Drive)

    2. Suggestion to share work, progress and plans with the Researcher Advisory Committee

    3. If the working group has completed all enlisted activities from the charter, then it might be better to end this working group and start a new working group with a new scope.

    4. One of main priorities for the working group is have clearer communication and definitions on what storage allocation means, what types of storage resources available, and how to use etc, what does One storage allocation unit mean?

    5. Guidance available on how to get in touch with Support and Allocations.

    6. All previous XSEDE storage resources providers are included in the current ACCESS-allocated Storage integration roadmap

    4. Milestones to be added for ACO: Internal and external newsletters, EAB meetings, known community engagement events

    5. Discussion regarding Operations milestone on SSH public key distribution system which is currently delayed.

      1. Would this be affecting other awardees? The SSH public key distribution is website/browser based and would not affect other awardees, the distribution system would be hosted on AWS

  4. Portal authentication issues John Towns (15 mins)

    1. Issues with authentication and single sign-on have been resolved

    2. IAM Working group no longer active

    3. Derek Simmel is the point of contact for any questions or concerns

    4. Instructions on how to resolve authentication issues were shared with the awardees - Support and Operations to follow up with their teams, Metrics does not have a specific login site, XDMOD portals will be up and running before PEARC

    5. Document for how ACCESS portal is supposed to implement the seamless login is at https://identity.access-ci.org/devguide#sso

      1. Added a new CCEP level at $2500 for Community Contributions after program feedback, expecting (and hoping) for a bit of a rush in the next few weeks with PEARC around the corner

      2. Working on additional ACCESS Support videos to host on YouTube or other spaces

      3. Planning for a Support website revamp over the next few months
