Flight Information
Transportation
The public transportation system is RTD: https://www.rtd-denver.com/
From the airport, travelers will want to take AB1 from DIA (Denver Airport Station – Gate 8) westbound to Boulder. https://app.rtd-denver.com/route/AB/schedule?serviceType=3&direction=Westbound&branch=AB1
The bus runs from 4:20 am to 1:20 am daily during the week. Departure intervals are 30-min to 1 hour, depending on the time of day.
The nearest stop to the Moxy Boulder is Broadway-Euclid (second to the last stop). *Note, this is also the stop people will take when going to the conference center (C4C, Center for Community).
From Broadway & Euclid, it is a 10-min walk (.4 mi) to the Moxy Boulder or a 5-6-min bus ride with short walks on each end.
There are 3-4 local buses that run along Broadway (SKIP, 204, 225, DASH).
One will depart Euclid (northbound) approximately every 4-6-min.
The stop for the Moxy is at Pleasant Street.
The Center for Community is at 2249 Willard Loop Drive in Boulder. It is .8 miles from the Moxy (a 17-20-min walk or a 10-min bus ride, including a short walk to C4C). The same set of local buses run southbound on Broadway (SKIP, 204, 225, DASH).
The southbound buses pick up at University & Broadway, on the east side of the Moxy.
The stop for C4C is at Broadway & 20th.
C4C is .2 miles, about a 6-min walk.

The AB1 from DIA to Boulder is $10 and can be purchased online in advance or on when you board the bus. The return trip to DIA is the same price.
For local transit in Boulder, the day pass is most economical at $5.50/day. Those passes can be purchased online in advance or when you board the bus.
There is a free MyRide app that can be used to buy and store tickets until they’re used.
Here is a link to the campus map: https://colorado.edu/map
Google Maps is also helpful to show walk and ride times between C4C and Moxy.

Preparation
Please contact Shannon Bradley or your area project manager for testing prior to the quarterly meeting.
You may only connect with an external microphone (puck, headset, microphone and speaker combo, earbuds etc.). Internal laptop microphones are discouraged, as they cause echo during calls and at times disable the call entirely. You may be asked to leave the web version if you join via an internal microphone; you may instead join via a telephone or cell phone. Please make arrangements to ensure you have an external microphone.
Planning
In case of any issues, please reach out to Shannon Bradley (sbrad77@illinois.edu), or Cindy Wong (cmw007@ucsd.edu)

Meals
The C4C dining hall opens at 7am. Meal cards have been purchased for all attendees. Each attendee will receive 4 meal cards (one per meal). The meal cards must be presented at each meal. The meal cards cover breakfast and lunch both days (9/15 and 9/16).
We are working with the Moxy to see if meal cards can be given to guests as they check in.
Boulder staff will be at C4C early on Tuesday morning to make sure everyone has their meal cards.
The Flatirons room is on the 3rd Floor at C4C. There are stairs and an elevator next to the dining hall on the main floor.

Agenda
The agenda planning group is currently finalizing the agenda and will be sharing the information soon.
Planning Agenda:
2026 Fall ACCESS Conference Planning - In Person - Boulder
Remember: We have planned the agenda to make sure that the topics and interactions are scheduled so we don’t cause people to have to wait outside in a hallway before they can go in and participate in a meeting or a session.
