Update on account vetting and remediation of non-compliant accounts (Bruno, Nathan)
the message below is going out to all ACCESS users within the next day or so.
Dear ___NAME___,
We are writing to inform you of upcoming changes to improve the accuracy and completeness of user and organizational information across the ACCESS ecosystem. These updates are being implemented in response to evolving sponsor requirements and will support more effective reporting on user demographics and resource usage.
Beginning April 15, 2026, all new user accounts and organization requests will be required to include additional fields, such as institutional affiliation details. At the same time, we will begin a campaign to update information for all existing users. With this campaign, we expect all ACCESS users to accurately provide the following required profile information:
First name
Last name
Organization/institution
Department/unit
Institutional email address
Country of residence
Country of citizenship
We encourage you to review and update your information at your earliest convenience. If your profile is still incomplete by April 30, 2026, you will receive a request from the ACCESS Allocations team to review and update your information. A reminder will be sent to users who have not yet completed this process on May 14, 2026.
Please note that maintaining accurate and complete profile information is required to remain eligible for ACCESS resources. Any user accounts with incomplete information after May 21, 2026, will be disabled until the required updates are made.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your continued participation in the ACCESS community. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the ACCESS Allocations team via allocations@access-ci.org.

Follow up on Correspondence:
From: Hongbo Zhang <Hongbo.Zhang@mtsu.edu>
NSF ACCESS team:
I am working on the data science research for agricultural robotics. I am organizing a conference for the NSF program.
I am thinking of creating conference to make a community centered robotics and precision farming database to add to our database in access of NSF.
Can we work together for the conference proposal to have you as the collaborator such as inviting speakers to give community introduction of the database and how to use ACCESS?
Thanks!
Hongbo
