      1. I have gone ahead and prepared the template for our annual report ahead of time so you can review the setup before our meeting.

The folder where everything is stored is here:  Project Year 4

It contains all the reports we have done in PY4 for reference and the template for our final report of the year: Annual Report

Each section is labeled for the person responsible (like normal).

For the Summary of the full year I have inserted the text from the past 3 reports so you can review can create a summary (either by hand or start with AI) .  Each Quarterly Report is color coded:

        • October to December 2025 is blue

        • July to September 2025 is purple

        • April to June is 2025 maroon

Once you have finished your summary you can delete the colored text in your sections.

For the plans for PY5 I have gone ahead and brought in the template from our planning sessions into each of your sections, so you know what we spotlighted for PY5.  This should make it easier to make the text section of your PY5 plan.

    9. Financial Report

      1. All NSF monies are applied to Budget

      2. Payroll assignment corrections made

      3. Working through old encumbrances - many are gone - does anyone know why Finance doesn’t do them all at once?
