Newsletters | Dina/Megan | Inside ACCESS, continues to show engagement rates far above industry averages with a quarterly average open rate of 60% (industry average is 37%) and a click-through rate of 12% (industry average is 2%). ACCESS Advance 40% open rate beats the industry average and this quarter’s click-through rate increased to 3%, also above the industry average. |

Support rep | Dina/Cassian | Do we know who will join our group to represent Support with Cassian leaving? | Jason Armbruster - CU Boulder retiree |
