Inside ACCESS, continues to show engagement rates far above industry averages with a quarterly average open rate of 60% (industry average is 37%) and a click-through rate of 12% (industry average is 2%).

ACCESS Advance 40% open rate beats the industry average and this quarter’s click-through rate increased to 3%, also above the industry average.

Just FYI

Website/Feature Stories

Dina/Megan/Kim

In this quarter, the web presence experienced a 33% increase in sessions over the previous reporting quarter, from 322,171 to 428,503; new users increased from 125,000 to 244,781 a jump of more than 95%. However, we saw a 12% decrease in page views from 1 million to 872,000, which may indicate that people are finding content more quickly.

Social Media

Andrew

We are either above or within industry averages for both LinkedIn (7.6% against 5%) and Facebook (6% against a range of 5-9%). And, while our Facebook followers have remained at a constant level, we continue to grow Bluesky, LinkedIn and YouTube followers.

If you’re on Bluesky, please follow ACCESS at ACCESS (@accessforci.bsky.social)

Brand

Dina

We are being asked by our Program Officers to continue to consolidate our appearance, further blurring lines between our awards. We’ll be working on that in 2026

Please add thoughts to this doc and we’ll discuss leading up to the writing of our PY5 Comms plan

Support rep

Dina/Cassian

Do we know who will join our group to represent Support with Cassian leaving?

Jason Armbruster - CU Boulder retiree
