  2. What would ACO like Lisa to do in terms of a specific focus for the next Project Year - (10 min) - Lisa Kaczmarczyk

    1. Has this been decided on? - no - ACCESS paloosa will be Feb 16 downtown Chicago - Lisa can’t go to this

      1. Assessment of government structure

      2. What has ACCESS been doing that would work for the next incarnation of this service

      3. Lisa - re: second idea - would be easier to justify - need to stay within scope of what is allowed within project

      4. If we don’t get a supplement for extra travel - what would she do

        1. sit in on meetings

        2. see how ACO is interacting with people

        3. online focus group could be done

        4. final report would be similar to what she has done but larger

      5. Cindy - Possibly an EC / Lisa meeting in San Diego since she is local there

      6. Lisa - will be at a conference in St Louis thurs, friday, saturday - might be able to meet on Feb 17 if she flies in early

        1. John to get an EC and RP rep buy-in on Lisa’s attendance and confirm funding for Lisa to travel

        2. Lisa to fly in Sunday, meet on Monday, leave Tuesday
