Comms Committee to review comms materials (e.g., newsletter) regarding new RPs before publication.

Discuss the status of new, allocable RPs.

(update 10/16) A dashboard showing status of integration of all RPs will be released by the end of October. While primarily developed for NSF and EC to easy view status, comms team can benefit from this as well. Leslie will have this resource for comms soon.

1. ACCESS Posters for Conferences: Do we have an existing ACCESS poster for conferences within the research community? We discussed two potential versions:

• A general-purpose poster explaining what ACCESS is, what ACCESS credits are, and how we are working to improve HPC accessibility.

• A poster summarizing the research conducted by the Harvard Business School group.

This question has come up as we approach an upcoming Data Science conference, and having such posters would be a great way to showcase ACCESS's involvement in the broader research community.

2. Support Video: Is it possible to develop a video for support?

Kim will pass out Shira’s flyers at SC Megan will send Shira links to existing materials.
