SC2025 - Who will attend - Available Registrations
Received this from SC
Research ExhibitorsResearch exhibitors receive no complimentary personnel badges; the fee is $200 per badge. This fee is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased.
Exhibitor Attendees
An exhibitor who wishes to also attend the conference must register as an attendee and pay the applicable registration fee. The $200 over-allotment fee for personnel badges is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased. Exhibitors can register using the Exhibitor Registration link at the bottom of this page, selecting the exhibiting company they are affiliated with from the dropdown menu. The exhibitor attendee will be added to the exhibiting booth upon approval from the designated exhibitor contact.
It looks like we won’t get any free badges for being an exhibitor, but for each technical program registered, they waive that fee.We need to understand who from the ACO should register. From Comms, I think we should cover me, Megan Johnson and Kim Mann-Bruch. My hope is we can count on the three of us to rotate through as the constant “admins” at the booth; I think, if she’s willing to go and we can afford it, it would be nice to have Shannon on that team as well - Lavanya used to attend in that capacity.
Kim plans to go - paid by SDSC ACO sub-award - will be taking pictures
When to arrive? Dina will get together with Kim to decide
John wants Misha to go - would like Shannon to go
