John presented at Gateways 2022 last week. Went well. Good questions.
Would like to suggest the RAMPS team meet with RP Forum soon to discuss marketplace and credits.
Questions to consider - When would be a good time for the RP's to think about it? How can this help the RPs achieve their outcomes? Will we give out discounted rates and how do we track them?
Variable marketplace is a pilot project, will be extending to the RP's soon
Nathan Tolbert is the point of contact
Almost like a amazon marketplace
ACCESS credits already rolling, there is a dedicated exchange interface
This is an innovative pilots which is just starting
The ACCESS Google Shared Drive is targeted for release next week. It will be released with instructions on how to add, and transfer files to the new drive.
Ron to put together instructions to use, and how to transfer files from the drives
Current shared google drive is more an individual drive, if an employee creates a document and leaves the organization, there is no way to recover the information, whereas with the new shared drive, information always stays there regardless of the ownership
Pretty seamless to migrate
Migration needs to be done by the owners of the documents
ACCESS Allocation data into XMS Tom Furlani (10 15 mins)
