Evaluation Committee - Discussion of ACCESS annual survey results - Dr. Winona Snapp-Childs
Range of responses ( ranges 1-5) low response rate (only 8 responses)
Recommendations from RP Forum: (to address low response rate)
Surveys sent to PIs and integration coordinators, which may have caused confusion as to who should respond and how many responses were expected
Tell RPs that you want mult. responses 1 from PI and 1 from coordination for different perspective
Recommend multiple surveys to be filled out by responsible parties at RPs: one specific to PIs, 1 for integration coordinator
Include additional staff on response list: user support: tech lead, etc.
Push back from Committee: Requesing RPs coordinate on their own to provide a joint response so that evaluation committee does not have to create mult. surveys for different staff ‘types’.
What are outcomes
IN response ACCESS to setup meeting in Boston to address …..
Evaluation committee will eventually provide report with RPs, but due to low response rate want to be careful
EC team would like recommendations from Evaluation committee based on report
(Stephens view) EC team will disseminate to RPs and provide recommendation action plan.
the individual leads or PI should response based on results.
