  • when each site has the update ready

  • when we’re ready to update the universal nav

  • Track 2 has a set cadence; other tracks are as needed

    • Wednesday(s) sites will be updated

    • Starting Thursday(s) navigation will be updated

  • Possibly use the Weds. Technical Coordination meeting slot could be combined with our meeting to ensure we’re all ready each week (3p CT)

  • Ron setting Jira site up per 9/1 meeting
