Campus Champions are looking to organize a presentation to their community members from service Tracks.
“Writing on behalf of the Campus Champions leadership team (CCLT). I’ve been a member since 2018 and will be transitioning off after our new cohort is onboarded. We would like to invite reps from each track to join
twoone(changed 6 Sep 2022) upcoming, regularly scheduled Champions meetings on the September 13th and September 20th at 3PM ET, to talk to the Champions about your respective tracks and the ACO. The Champions are accustomed to hearing from Ken Hackworth about allocations, and the CCLT are requesting people at about the same level from each of your tracks. We envision this being a panel with short 5 minute introduction per track, followed by Q&A, moderated by one of the leadership members. Most of the audience will have seen the PEARC talks, so this can be a bit more nuts and bolts. Can you please let me know if your track (and the ACO) would like to participate in these calls, and if so, who you would like to send? Thank in advance and hope to see you there!”Joining: ACO-John, T3-Tim, T4-Tom to identify

List of non-compliant RPs requested for next week.
Any post-launch follow-up items will be brought up via EC topics.
RP Forum Application & Approval Ownership Tim Boerner / Leslie Froeschl (10 min)
Questions include:
Who owns the RP Forum charter (SPF recharter)?
John discussed rechartering w/Ruth M. She took ownership of the activity.
Who owns the facilitation and approvals of RP applications?
This will likely be addressed in the charter. Topic tabled until the draft recharter is available.
If an ACCESS policy question/issue is identified within an RP or within the RP Forum, who facilitates the issue/question to and through the EC?
This will likely be addressed in the charter. Topic tabled until the draft recharter is available.
Domain Update: access.org John Towns (10 min)
NCSA pushing for agreement by 31-August 2022.
Intent was to use access.org as external facing domain. This would need to be a post-launch activity if we move forward.
Program will launch with access-ci.org.
Tracks leads asked to work with their teams to understand the effort needed to move public facing content to access.org.
ACO will continue to secure access.org.
Charter Approval Process for ACCESS Working Groups & Committees John Towns (10 min)
Cybersecurity Governance Council have written and approved (internally) their charter.
Charter to be voted on by the EC at next week’s EC.
Should there be EC approval/acceptance of charters?
Working Groups = transient teams; define and communicate their own charter and communicate it to the EC.
? = persistent teams
Suggestion is to use a form to document the high-level purpose and information for working group/cross-functional team, and the completed form is sent to the EC for awareness and review.
Charters should include how changes and policies are approved and communicated.
Final community communication prior to 9/1 launch Shawn Strande (5 min)
Are there any final communication points that should be included in XSEDE’s final communication to the community tomorrow?
NSF DCL to announce the launch of ACCESS to be released on Thursday. It will include the link to the contact form and show the info@access-ci.org email address.
