There appears to be a need for a weekly digest

  • Alana will lead subgroup to explore:

    • what lists

    • what types of news

    • what’s the frequency

    • how is this different from The ACCESS Advance

    • Create criteria for all newsletters using Stephen’s original email/newsletter document as basis

    • Operations wants to stay in the loop, but doesn’t think they’ll have more regular; nor does metrics. Both say they could have things on occasion.

    • We will continue calling it the Support Digest and have it on a biweekly cadence (for now)
