Alana reports The Support Digest is now happening weekly There appears to be a need for a weekly digest Alana will lead subgroup to explore: what lists what types of news what’s the frequency how is this different from The ACCESS Advance Create criteria for all newsletters using Stephen’s original email/newsletter document as basis Operations wants to stay in the loop, but doesn’t think they’ll have more regular; nor does metrics. Both say they could have things on occasion. We will continue calling it the Support Digest and have it on a biweekly cadence (for now)Team Profiles for Inside ACCESS
