   1. Below is a straw person suggestion for scheduling regular program-wide discussions and attempts to leverage some stravel planninf already for the EAB meetings.

      1. This does NOT account for when Allocations may have AACR meeting since I could not find a schedule posted anywhere.

   2. For CY23:

      1. First week of March 2023: 

         • EAB virtual meeting (Mar 2)

         • ACCESS Program Wide All Staff (virtual): suggest Mar 7-8, 10am-4pm CT

      2. First full week of June:

         • Monday, June 5:  EAB Virtual meeting

         • Tue-Wed (June 6-7):   ACCESS Program Wide All Staff (in person with virtual option); location TBD

      3. PEARC Conference:

         • Possible in person EAB (1-2 hours)

         • Thursday PM: Half-day ACCESS Program Wide All Staff (in person with virtual option)

      4. First full week of September:

         • Monday, September 4: EAB virtual meeting

         • Tue-Wed (Sept 5-6): ACCESS Program Wide All Staff (virtual); 10am-4pm CT each day

      5. SC Conference

         1. We can attempt to hold some gathering here, but difficult to pin it to a regular time.

      6. First full week of December:

         • Monday, December 4: EAB virtual meeting

         • Tue-Wed (Dec 5-6): ACCESS Program Wide All Staff (virtual); 10am-4pm CT each day

   3. Then fall into an annual schedule of:

      1. First week of March: 

         • Monday, EAB In Person Meeting (approximately 8am-3pm to allow flight home)

         • ACCESS Program Wide All Staff (in person with virtual option): Monday afternoon/early evening; Tuesday until early afternoon to allow flights home

      2. First full week of June:

         • Monday:  EAB Virtual meeting

         • Tue-Wed: ACCESS Program Wide All Staff (virtual); 10am-4pm CT each day

               1. Will select a representative for EAB meetings.

               2. Will welcome feedback on the program. Summary of the meeting will be made available to the EC. Could potentially be used to consider prompts for EAB meeting.

         Interactive allocations map has been put in production to visualize allocations, exchanges, and usage across institutions and Resource Providers.
